Event Details

This course is taught by a husband & wife team of MU and Columbia College scientists.  In this course taught multiple times during the summer you'll get an introduction to angiosperms and gymnosperms and plant-pollinator interactions. Learn about plant anatomy and function through hands-on flower dissections, capillary action demonstrations, and proper use of a dissecting microscope. Students introduced to the field of Entomology with hands-on experience handling insects and up-close views under the dissecting microscopes. Fun!
